| • | To lubricate squeaky hinges or any moving parts made of nylon, use a furniture aerosol wax spray containing silicone. Do not use lubricating oil. |

| • | Use a light soap and water solution to remove dirt and grime from conservatory roof panels. |
| • | When spring cleaning your PVCu, use a proprietary brand of cleaner specifically designed for this purpose or alternatively, add a generous squirt of cream cleanser to warm water. Never use a cleaner containing solvent or abrasive, especially on woodgrain surfaces. |
| • | Keep the tracks of sliding patio doors regularly brushed or vacuumed clean of mud, dust and grit. |
| • | As a safety precaution, make sure there is a key readily available in every room so that security locks can be undone in the event of an emergency. |
