Being located in a green belt area made the project particularly interesting and it required many bespoke elements, including sympathetic window design and a free-flowing connection to the garage roof, as well as combining an UltraRoof with real slate. The couple wanted us to achieve an grand look on the front elevation without spoiling its original character. The roof design and connection to the garage was very unique, as was getting the large glass panels in. It took time to design a concept that they and the Conservation Officer were both happy with. Ultimately, it was our knowledge and design expertise that proved crucial in getting the development off the ground.
