The Reading-based Premium Retailer is celebrating its pearl anniversary this year.
Home improvement specialists TradeMark is commemorating its pearl anniversary as it celebrates thirty years of success.
The Reading-based business, led by founder and Managing Director Mark Ashwell and his wife, Sue, was officially formed in April 1993.
In the years since, TradeMark has built up an enviable reputation thanks to their mantra of ‘Doing Things Different, But Better’ and their unwavering commitment to putting the customer first.
That ethos saw them receive national recognition when Mark was invited to appear on BBC’s leading consumer-rights show, Rogue Traders, to champion additional protection for customers in the UK and call for a clamp down on invasive selling techniques across the sector.
This prime-time showcase came on the back of Mark’s vocal campaigning at a local level, where he worked closely to guide and advise regional trading standards services. It also helped position TradeMark as the Thames Valley’s leading home improvement company.
In 2013, TradeMark joined the Conservatory Outlet Network, which has helped spur the business to even greater heights. Since joining the Network, TradeMark has only moved forward.
In the past five years alone, the company has doubled in size.
“Reaching thirty years of business is a fantastic achievement,” commented Mark Ashwell.
“For over three decades now, we’ve served the people of the Thames Valley – not the other way round. We’re always here to provide friendly, honest, and impartial advice. It’s one of the main reasons we’ve succeeded: building that trust with our customer base and delivering fantastic installations.
“Here’s to the next thirty years!”
Speaking about TradeMark’s momentous landmark, Conservatory Outlet CEO Greg Kane added:
“On behalf of Conservatory Outlet, I’d like to wish Mark, Sue and the team at TradeMark my warmest congratulations for achieving thirty years of success. TradeMark’s reputation for providing a personable service and an excellent quality of work is second to none, and we’re honoured to have them as part of our network of premium retailers.
“We look forward to working with TradeMark for another thirty years and helping them grow further.”
