From first meeting with the sales team and subsequently to installation, the whole process was very good. Meeting the installation team was first class and they did an excellent job. Interaction with the showroom was also excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending TradeMark to others.

Brilliant service

We went with Eden windows as recommended by the company installing a new kitchen for us and are so glad we did. The whole team were great start to finish from Graham in sales who made sure we understood our choices and the safety implications, the surveyor (I think called Steve) who had a look and measured up etc, Dan at the Gillingham site who quickly dealt with some paperwork issues and Ryan and Lee who installed both sets of doors. They worked efficiently together and were very clear about what to expect and great at cleaning up after, they also ensured we knew about door/ lock care for our new doors. When we get to the point of needing to replace windows we will not hesitate to contact Eden.

I recently had 7 windows and a patio door fitted by 5 star. The whole experience from quotes to fitting was excellent. No pushy sales, people always available to talk to on the telephone, fitters were very thorough, helpful and tidy, would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for new doors and windows.

Right from the initial consultation, the gentleman called Patrick who came to give us some quotes and show us some ideas was friendly, professional and informative. The instillation day of our new door went smoothly and the installer came on time, worked efficiently and we were so pleased the the results. I recently had a new front door. Apart from a few small blips along the way I am pleased with the final outcome and service I received from 5 star. The office staff were readily available on the phone and the fitters were all very professional and friendly during their time here.They left everything clean and tidy after they finished their work.

Excellent service from start to finish, no hard sell, wonderful advice, no pressure, fixed price given no haggling or offering to drop price pressure. Fitters were really good no mess (10 windows) & done in under 2days. Would recommend.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Friendly and efficient service throughout with no pushy sales speak. The showroom is great to look around, and get ideas about what you want or don’t want. The price was fantastic for the quality products provided. The survey at our property was thorough with great communication, pointing out every last detail that we needed to be aware of. The fitters were friendly and efficient and tidied up extremely well as they went along, both indoors and out. From walking into the showroom in about mid Jan to have the windows and door fitted this week (end Feb), everything was just spot on, I cannot find fault with anything. Highly recommended.

This is the third time we have used Premier windows and we always find them to be excellent. They discuss thoroughly the type of window you want before placing the order; give you an agreed approximate date of fitting well in advance and then when they start the job they arrive on time, explain what they are going to do and get on with it in a tidy way with minimal disruption.  The quality of the windows is excellent and we no longer have draughts around the frames. The price always seems to be good for the quality you get. We would thoroughly recommend them. They also sorted out our front and back doors which haven’t fitted properly since before we moved into the house. They now shut easily and open smoothly.

From discussing what we needed to measuring and to hardworking fitting staff, the whole thing was excellent. We were very well satisfied with the result.

Chose 5 Star windows for our conservatory as there was no pressure selling or any annoying sales patter. Ben the salesman changed our design a few times until we were happy with the final design. The fitting crew and other trades were great. Really happy with the finished conservatory.

My experience with 5 Star Windows has been all positive. Communication has been excellent and the fitting of my bathroom window was done efficiently by a pleasant fitter named Tim. I have already recommended friends and family to 5 Star and I personally won't hesitate to use them again.

There are many glazing companies out there so it is often difficult to find one which actually lives up to its advertising blurb. ERG were recommended to us by friends and local tradesmen who had used them in the past. I have to say, we weren't disappointed. From start to finish the people we dealt with were thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient. The products are of an excellent quality at competitive prices and were installed with care and respect for our property by a team of two who completed the work in a morning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ERG to friends and neighbours and look forward to having further work done by them in the future.

I have recently had 2 external doors, patio doors and 12 windows installed.  I found all staff throughout the process professional and efficient and the process of ordering the windows and doors worked incredibly smoothly. The engineers performing the installation were considerate,  efficient and very helpful.  The new windows and doors were well installed with minimal disruption and inconvenience 

I don't normally do reviews but I felt I had to this time, What a Great Company to deal with from start to finish all of the tradesman were excellence in their work and we are so pleased . What pleasure to find a company where great customer service values still exist. We have been given wonderful service from the start of our interactions with 5 Star and the fitting was fast, efficient and very tidy and clean. The fitter explained everything and ensured that we were happy prior to leaving. The office staff are also a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star for door installation. Our next projects will see them first in line for our business.

Having been scammed by a builder a few years ago, I was very cautious about choosing a company to replace my front windows. After doing my research, I contacted several companies for quotes and eventually engaged 5 Star after a very satisfactory consultation /planning meeting whereby I was price matched to a previous quote I was thinking of accepting. The surveyor's visit went without any issues and I was initially given a rough installation date of after Christmas 2024. However, I was contacted by the appointments team to say they could install on 16th and 17th December. The whole installation process went well, with the exception of time keeping on the part of the fitters. I had to call the head office each morning because of them being over 1 hour late. Both times there were acceptable reasons why they were late, but it would have helped this review if this could have been communicated to me in real time - via head office if they didn't have my number, maybe. 5 Star have said they were going to follow this up. Having said that, the installations went well on both days. The Fitters were very friendly and helpful, and worked well to get the job done. Trickle vents needed to be ordered to finish the job , which arrived after Christmas and fitted on time by another team. All admin and office staff have been very supportive throughout. Will recommend his company to friends and family Would definitely have them to do more work here too.

After putting up with a cold, old fashioned and draughty front door for many years, we decided to update our door and chose 5* as we had used them in the past. From the moment that we met the salesman through to the fitting of our door, we were treated with respect and received exceptional service, professionalism and an amazing quality product. The fitter was thorough and professional and left the house in an immaculate condition. The installation was superb in every way and we are more than satisfied with 5* and our new front door.

A very efficient surveying and ordering process with clear paperwork and guidance throughout the experience. All employees arrived at the specified times and carried out their work efficiently. We had a minor problem with the lock which was quickly and efficiently sorted. The employees obviously knew their job and were very thorough in their execution resulting in a pleasing end product.

Left the conservatory tidy at the end of the day. Plasterers and electrician provided same service. Good quality work, and we're more than happy with the end product. Excellent quality and installed extremely well.  Careful parking and care of property was second to none, with the home and garden being left spotless, and I’ve been given a 20 year guarantee.  Highly recommended.

We ordered an external double glazed rear door ,the service was very good ,firstly with the Senior Designer ,who discussed the request and finally with the installer ,who completed the installation with great ease and professionalism ,the order to completion was very well organised and on time

This is not our first installation from 5 Star. We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. Although our fitting was delayed due to bad weather we were updated at every point. The fitters arrived on time, were polite, worked well and made very little mess installing the window. Very well pleased.

Really pleased with my new conservatory and porch replacements. Its always a bit worrying when having work done on your property by a company you haven't dealt with before, as you never quite know what you are going to get. But I have to say everyone I met from Eden were just really nice people, and a pleasure to have working on the house, from the surveyors, electrician, plasterer, etc, and particularly the main two fitters who took extra trouble to do a quality job. On some days extra hands were drafted in as required, and everything seemed well organised by the installation team. I even needed to do some work on the house myself while the work was going on, of which they were very accommodating and helpful. All in all a really good experience. Thank you Eden Windows.

From design to installation the experience of using Bon Accord Kitchens was first class. Throughout the design sessions, Danielle's guidance and input made sure we ended up with the dream kitchen we had hoped for. Installation team too couldn't do enough to make sure the end product was 100% delivered to our satisfaction. We are more than delighted with the end product and would thoroughly recommend the Bon Accord Kitchens team.

the service has been excellent from the initial contact through quoting and arriving for the installation. following the installation the clean up left no evidence they had been on site.

Quality windows installed by highly competent and friendly staff. Reduction in noise from surrounding area notable. Mechanisms smooth to operate and feel solid. Windows look good and have improved the overall look of the house.  Excellent communication from 5 star throughout. Good customer service. We were kept up to date, details confirmed at each stage throughout. All staff were punctual. Installation team were neat and methodical.  Would definitely use this company again. 

What can l say, it was a pleasure dealing with the very knowlegable members of the team. The showroom is amazing, l did not realise there are so many styles of window to chose from. We made our choice, a day or two later a gentleman came to go through exactly what we wanted, a few days after that another gentleman came to measure up precisely every window. Three/four weeks after our initial visit to the showroom the guys came to change the windows, very pleasent chaps confirmed with us what was the best order to fit the windows. They worked like trojans, first day main bedroom, on suite shower room and bathroom. Second day, both front bedrooms, kitchen 2x windows, Third day lounge window, sun room, and replaced patio doors. The guys made good all around inside and outside the windows/doors. After each day you would not know they had been, got to say these chaps knew there stuff, the original windows were thrown in, the new ones were professionally fitted and adjusted. From the fourth day the difference in the house was noticeable, any wind and the heat used to be sucked out of the windows in no time, not any more. Great job everybody at Premier.

A great experience from start to finish. The salesman came,measured and sent a quote. No pressure, no follow-up calls and hassle. Very competitively priced. Very polite, clean and tidy workmen. A slight issue with the incorrect glass but was very quickly rectified. Overall, completely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Great communication with timings of installation and repeat quotations, when we couldn't make up our minds on which style of window to go for. All elements of the service were well explained. We love our new kitchen. The design is beautiful, following our brief perfectly. The installation was most professionally delivered by skilled tradesmen.. My favourite thing, however, is that everything is in just the right place - so well thought out. A dream in which to cook and eat!

From the initial appointment to the final fitting, we were very impressed with 5 star. They didn't try the hard sell or usual 'let's see if we can get this cost down' bluff, they just gave us the best price they could do for what we needed. The surveyor arrived very quickly following this and a date was set for installation promptly. All in, the whole process took maximum 6-8 weeks. The fitters arrived on time and the 3 windows were replaced in a few hours and any mess tidied up. The after sales care has also been great. Clear communication and pleasant staff. We were so impressed we have already made the decision to use them again once we have saved enough money to replace the last few windows that need doing.

I needed to change a window and a sliding door in my kitchen in order to fit a cat flap. Louis the designer discussed options with me and a design was quickly agreed followed by a surveyor to confirm details. I mislaid details on the type of cat flap required and emailed 5 star to advise. Very helpful lady called Melissa emailed details promptly followed by a delivery and installation date.Engineer arrived promptly on installation day and I was very impressed with installation and finish of windows and doors. Unfortunately I didn’t take note of the engineers name but would definitely recommend 5 Star .

All of the appointments arranged to suit and were delivered on time. There were constant updated and all the information sent. The installation was hassle free and completed surprisingly quickly and the installer was very professional but also good mannered

We recently used 5 star to replace a upvc conservatory roof which was leaking badly. Another company said fixing this would not be possible. But 5 star replied quickly, gave us a reasonable quote for the work and a timescale for completion which was complied with. The installation work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The company kept us informed with our project was progressing throughout and we are very pleased with the good level of customer service and the finished product.

We had our existing conservatory replaced with the new style conservatory - we were really surprised by what a difference this has made to our home, a room that we use all the time now that we could barely use before. We had a few people out for quotes, however we found with this company, it was the one who was the most honest with what we needed, didn’t pressure us into a decision and gave us different prices as to what we could have regarding glass designs in our new front door. The time frame in which we had it fitted was amazing and suited us perfectly, turned up on time and did a fantastic tidy job. Reasonable prices and was average to the other quotes which we got off other companies. Would definitely recommend and we will also be using again for our back door and windows, which again, we had a quote within a few hours of measuring up... if you want good quality work, an honest workman, I would highly recommend weatherproof windows and doors.

Great service, helped with some selections we were unsure of. Came on time finished in the time promised, could not be happier! Cleaned everything and took old door away which was great, would recommend to everyone, happy wife which means happy home.

This is the second set of windows we have ordered from 5 Star for our Victorian Terrace house. We were so impressed with the quality, price and service levels first time that we came straight back. We had 2 windows this time, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs. Previously they redid all of our kitchen windows. Everyone at 5 Star is really friendly and helpful - from the sales guy who visited and discussed our options (not pushy salesman in the slightest), to the staff at the office arranging visits, to the window fitters themselves who completed the job in 2.5 hours! The fitters were exceptionally clean and tidy. I thought there would be dust everywhere, like after other building work we have had done. They put down dust sheets throughout the house and even hoovered up the dust inside and swept up any mess created on the patio outside. Absolutely spotless and super fast. Once again we were very impressed with the level of service and the finish of the job. If/when we need any more windows, we will be coming straight back to 5 Star! Highly recommended.

Have just had the rear of my houses windows replaced by Amber after having the front windows and exterior doors replaced by them a year back .l am so pleased with the results and couldn't recomend them higher.l know this is only one person's review but 5 stars from me. "Full change of 7 windows, front door, patio doors, UPVC cladding, downpipes and guttering. Big thank you to Colin, Paul and Nathan who carried out the work on our house. The minute they arrived they put down covering on the carpets, brought in the hoover and laid sheeting on the outside area for their materials to be put onto. Everything was cleared up each night when they were finished working and renewed in the next morning before starting. Can't recommend RMC enough. From walking into the showroom and made welcome, to the first visit to measure up, asked what we wanted (not what they were pushing like some places!!), to advising how long it would take for the order to be ready and give dates for the job to be done and completed - everything went as expected. Thanks again folks."

Absolutely great service from beginning to end. I was nervous going through this process as it is a big investment but the team were so friendly and communicative. Special shout out to our fitters Mark and Dec, they were so fun and got everything in so quickly. We hit a blip with the fitting but everything was sorted quickly and the guys came back in their free time to finish the job. Very happy with the service and windows we are very happy! Thank you

Initially just had patio door and back door installed by them but was so impressed with their service and workmanship that I’ve now had all my windows replaced too. Very efficient and friendly team when going through my options and placing the order. The new windows came into stock very quickly. Blaine and Ethan did the installation. Very polite and friendly. Worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the quality of the finish too. Would definitely recommend TradeMark to others.
