From design to installation the experience of using Bon Accord Kitchens was first class. Throughout the design sessions, Danielle's guidance and input made sure we ended up with the dream kitchen we had hoped for. Installation team too couldn't do enough to make sure the end product was 100% delivered to our satisfaction. We are more than delighted with the end product and would thoroughly recommend the Bon Accord Kitchens team.

the service has been excellent from the initial contact through quoting and arriving for the installation. following the installation the clean up left no evidence they had been on site.

I would like to say a big thankyou to all the people involved with my ordering right down to the installation of my windows,the men that came to put my windows in were very friendly and they made the minimum of mess to wich they cleaned up after.the windows look great snd I am so happy I chose 5star.

Quality windows installed by highly competent and friendly staff. Reduction in noise from surrounding area notable. Mechanisms smooth to operate and feel solid. Windows look good and have improved the overall look of the house.  Excellent communication from 5 star throughout. Good customer service. We were kept up to date, details confirmed at each stage throughout. All staff were punctual. Installation team were neat and methodical.  Would definitely use this company again. 

What can l say, it was a pleasure dealing with the very knowlegable members of the team. The showroom is amazing, l did not realise there are so many styles of window to chose from. We made our choice, a day or two later a gentleman came to go through exactly what we wanted, a few days after that another gentleman came to measure up precisely every window. Three/four weeks after our initial visit to the showroom the guys came to change the windows, very pleasent chaps confirmed with us what was the best order to fit the windows. They worked like trojans, first day main bedroom, on suite shower room and bathroom. Second day, both front bedrooms, kitchen 2x windows, Third day lounge window, sun room, and replaced patio doors. The guys made good all around inside and outside the windows/doors. After each day you would not know they had been, got to say these chaps knew there stuff, the original windows were thrown in, the new ones were professionally fitted and adjusted. From the fourth day the difference in the house was noticeable, any wind and the heat used to be sucked out of the windows in no time, not any more. Great job everybody at Premier.

A great experience from start to finish. The salesman came,measured and sent a quote. No pressure, no follow-up calls and hassle. Very competitively priced. Very polite, clean and tidy workmen. A slight issue with the incorrect glass but was very quickly rectified. Overall, completely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the staff at Trademark have been highly professional. Great communication with timings of installation and repeat quotations, when we couldn't make up our minds on which style of window to go for. All elements of the service were well explained. Would definitely use them again.

We originally had our windows done in March and decided to have our patio doors done by Trademark after the good job. Great communication throughout and very happy with the end product. Would recommend!

We love our new kitchen. The design is beautiful, following our brief perfectly. The installation was most professionally delivered by skilled tradesmen.. My favourite thing, however, is that everything is in just the right place - so well thought out. A dream in which to cook and eat!

From the initial appointment to the final fitting, we were very impressed with 5 star. They didn't try the hard sell or usual 'let's see if we can get this cost down' bluff, they just gave us the best price they could do for what we needed. The surveyor arrived very quickly following this and a date was set for installation promptly. All in, the whole process took maximum 6-8 weeks. The fitters arrived on time and the 3 windows were replaced in a few hours and any mess tidied up. The after sales care has also been great. Clear communication and pleasant staff. We were so impressed we have already made the decision to use them again once we have saved enough money to replace the last few windows that need doing.

I needed to change a window and a sliding door in my kitchen in order to fit a cat flap. Louis the designer discussed options with me and a design was quickly agreed followed by a surveyor to confirm details. I mislaid details on the type of cat flap required and emailed 5 star to advise. Very helpful lady called Melissa emailed details promptly followed by a delivery and installation date.Engineer arrived promptly on installation day and I was very impressed with installation and finish of windows and doors. Unfortunately I didn’t take note of the engineers name but would definitely recommend 5 Star .

All of the appointments arranged to suit and were delivered on time. There were constant updated and all the information sent. The installation was hassle free and completed surprisingly quickly and the installer was very professional but also good mannered

We recently used 5 star to replace a upvc conservatory roof which was leaking badly. Another company said fixing this would not be possible. But 5 star replied quickly, gave us a reasonable quote for the work and a timescale for completion which was complied with. The installation work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The company kept us informed with our project was progressing throughout and we are very pleased with the good level of customer service and the finished product.

We had our existing conservatory replaced with the new style conservatory - we were really surprised by what a difference this has made to our home, a room that we use all the time now that we could barely use before. Wonderful service from the start. Would highly recommend 5 star. We were so pleased that we returned to 5 star to have our bay window replaced. Again cannot fault the service and quality of the work. Everyone we have dealt with have been honest, friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Delighted with my lovely new composite door, first class service from the initial sales quotation through to the installation, the fitter did an excellent job with great attention to detail, would definitely recommend & use again.

We had a few people out for quotes, however we found with this company, it was the one who was the most honest with what we needed, didn’t pressure us into a decision and gave us different prices as to what we could have regarding glass designs in our new front door. The time frame in which we had it fitted was amazing and suited us perfectly, turned up on time and did a fantastic tidy job. Reasonable prices and was average to the other quotes which we got off other companies. Would definitely recommend and we will also be using again for our back door and windows, which again, we had a quote within a few hours of measuring up... if you want good quality work, an honest workman, I would highly recommend weatherproof windows and doors.

Great service, helped with some selections we were unsure of. Came on time finished in the time promised, could not be happier! Cleaned everything and took old door away which was great, would recommend to everyone, happy wife which means happy home.

This is the second set of windows we have ordered from 5 Star for our Victorian Terrace house. We were so impressed with the quality, price and service levels first time that we came straight back. We had 2 windows this time, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs. Previously they redid all of our kitchen windows. Everyone at 5 Star is really friendly and helpful - from the sales guy who visited and discussed our options (not pushy salesman in the slightest), to the staff at the office arranging visits, to the window fitters themselves who completed the job in 2.5 hours! The fitters were exceptionally clean and tidy. I thought there would be dust everywhere, like after other building work we have had done. They put down dust sheets throughout the house and even hoovered up the dust inside and swept up any mess created on the patio outside. Absolutely spotless and super fast. Once again we were very impressed with the level of service and the finish of the job. If/when we need any more windows, we will be coming straight back to 5 Star! Highly recommended.

This is the most professional company we've dealt with, every step of the way we were informed of what the next steps were and when they were likely to happen. When it came to installation time we were given timetable of works and they tradespeople stuck to the dates without fail. All the trades involved were efficient and courteous. The final result way exceeds our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Have just had the rear of my houses windows replaced by Amber after having the front windows and exterior doors replaced by them a year back .l am so pleased with the results and couldn't recomend them higher.l know this is only one person's review but 5 stars from me. "Full change of 7 windows, front door, patio doors, UPVC cladding, downpipes and guttering. Big thank you to Colin, Paul and Nathan who carried out the work on our house. The minute they arrived they put down covering on the carpets, brought in the hoover and laid sheeting on the outside area for their materials to be put onto. Everything was cleared up each night when they were finished working and renewed in the next morning before starting. Can't recommend RMC enough. From walking into the showroom and made welcome, to the first visit to measure up, asked what we wanted (not what they were pushing like some places!!), to advising how long it would take for the order to be ready and give dates for the job to be done and completed - everything went as expected. Absolutely great service from beginning to end. I was nervous going through this process as it is a big investment but the team were so friendly and communicative. Special shout out to our fitters Mark and Dec, they were so fun and got everything in so quickly. We hit a blip with the fitting but everything was sorted quickly and the guys came back in their free time to finish the job. Very happy with the service and windows we are very happy! Thank you

Initially just had patio door and back door installed by them but was so impressed with their service and workmanship that I’ve now had all my windows replaced too. Very efficient and friendly team when going through my options and placing the order. The new windows came into stock very quickly. Blaine and Ethan did the installation. Very polite and friendly. Worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the quality of the finish too. Would definitely recommend TradeMark to others.

Our old conservatory roof was near K******d, almost totally cream crackered. We were desperate, what could we do, we needed a hero crew. Guess who came to the rescue, 5 Star Windows of Kidderminster, that's who! The teams were scheduled, they did their bit, what a fabulous job the fitters did of it. Roof dismantled and reformed, transforming our aspect of rain on a tin roof. Plasterers did sterling work, so clean, you hardly knew they'd been. The Sparky's lights sparkled like stars in the night, glistening so clear and bright. We watched in amazement; our hearts skipped a beat. It really was a real treat, little mess, stress free cleaning it gave quality a real meaning. Our grateful thanks to all who dared to replace our poor old conservatory roof.

We have nothing but praise for 5 Star from the first home visit to choose our new door, the visit from the surveyor to check measurements and the fitter who arrived promptly on a day that was pouring with rain. He fitted the door expertly ....the coffee helped!!. He made good round the door frames and left no mess at all. The staff at Premier Windows were very friendly and helpful. They designed our conservatory extension and explained the process clearly to us and the team who built and constructed it were very professional and hard working. They were considerate of our needs and made minimal disturbance. We are very pleased with the result.

We had our extension built within 4-5 weeks and all the workers were lovely and professional - If there were any issues, they came the very next day to sort them out. The order of works just seemed to flow from digging out the foundations, building the walls, adding the roof and the windows and doors. Communication was good and we were kept up to date, almost daily, to what has been completed and what to expect next and when, so we weren't left in the dark as to who was coming next to do what. When the 'snagger' came out at the end of the build, he was honest and upfront about things and made a couple of small changes which we wouldn't have known about or realised, but he was honest and got the small snags sorted before we paid the final payment. overall a good company with experienced builders/fitters and excellent communication skills!

Craig really listened to me and I ended up with a good looking front door. So this year 5 Star have done two sets of replacement windows for me. The first, a complicated set of windows due to an old building with quirky features, that the bigger national window companies either declined completely or quoted ridiculous amounts of £££. Not so 5 Star - they took the job on and although it wasn’t plain sailing they did not sign it off until it was perfect. The owner of the company even appeared at my door to apologise for the slight delay and to reassure me that the job would be completed to the highest standards. A slight snag post completion was sorted instantly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The second job a standard window and quick order, fit and completion. Could not recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service and after care.

New composite back door from 5 star - good experience from beginning to end. A designer, Ashfaq, came within a week after we phoned and offered good advice about choices. The door was made and fitted within 5 weeks. Paul, the fitter was excellent- friendly and professional, clearing up well after he finished. Very happy with the quality of the product and its installation

Everyone at 5 Star was great from start to finish - patient, helpful, informative, courteous - in person, by email and by 'phone. The process was easy - less so the choosing of design or paint colour due to such a wide range of options, though! There was one very small issue but it has been resolved without quibble. I'd recommend the company for quality and service. Thank you for a beautiful front door and tidy installation.

I would highly recommend 5 Star Windows. From the initial visit to quote, to the follow-up visit to the installation, the staff were all exceptionally friendly yet professional. The two guys that installed the windows & front door were so careful and tidied as they worked, having laid dust sheets everywhere to ensure very little mess anyway. They spent time demonstrating the features of the windows and checked that I was happy with everything before leaving on both days.

Top service from start to finish. Great work from the fitters who were professional and friendly. Had windows and French doors fitted in less than two days. The price was also excellent as wee took advantage of the discounts available during the summer. Can't find any faults.

5star windows and conservatories came out to look at our conservatory roof , which was fibre glass old and discoloured.We decided to change the roof as the space was not being used in the winter or hot summer (when we had one !)It was a difficult build due to its position sandwiched between end of the house and a garage wall which was on higher ground than the house .Throughout the build they were on time , cleaned up at each stage and there was great communication with Lauren Bridgewater who kept us informed on the build and also any problems that occurred due to it’s difficult position.We now have a great room which will be well used all year round .

From consultation, to quote, installation and electrics everything was completed on time, on budget and on spec and I am delighted with my new conservatory. The workmen done a brilliant and it was a clean & tidy installation. Customer service kept me updated and informed every step of the process. Overall a good and honest company with good products. We had windows and doors fitted by an excellent team. My only concern is when things are faulty. I had a sealed unit that was marked and it took several weeks to get it replaced .1st replacement was faulty and had to be reordered.Some handles that I wanted replacing on existing products proved a problem . This was due to poor measuring by surveyer and poor communication with the person who order them.

No pressure from the sales team. Great advice given in the comfort of our home. 5 windows fitted and conservatory door replaced with french doors. Can't believe the difference. Fitters were on time and polite. Can't find anything wrong. Highly recommended. Thank you, 5 star.

I cannot speak highly enough of my recent experience with Weatherproof Windows & Doors and would not hesitate to recommend them. A team of hard-working, polite and conscientious individuals,led by Ricky. completed the work to the highest of standards. If it were not for my beautiful new windows, I would not even know that they had been at my home.

Fitters were fantastic Great professional job and were clean and tidy  Filled in plaster and silicon where minor knocks had happened and removed all old products and waste  Would recommended 

The whole process from start to finish ran quite smoothly although it took a lot longer than it should. This was mainly due to the weather. The building work was interrupted by rain on some occasions. However the builders carried on as best they could and the job was done satisfactorily. I kept them going with tea and sausage sandwiches on a daily basis. On a critical note they could've been a bit cleaner after each day's work. But they were cheerful and helpful. On another critical note there was quite a long delay between the builders finishing and the doors and windows arriving. This process could've been speeded up. All of the men who came to perform various tasks were professional and did a good job. There was also good communication with the office who always responded quickly to any queries. Overall I would recommend 5Star as a company to anyone thinking of a conservatory or extension.

Fantastic experience with 5 Star Windows from start to finish. We have had our conservatory replaced with new windows and a new ‘warm’ roof and we are so pleased with the results. From start to finish 5 Star Windows & Conservatories have been Great. From builders to office based staff, all have been Wonderful. A little hiccup with some timing on one date,but apologies were sent & all was sorted ASAP. Contact/communication has been just right & any questions or queries were answered straight away. The builders were friendly, polite & made sure they cleared up at the end of each day. The clean up at the very end was perfect...so much attention to detail was given....I was well chuffed!!! Trademark have supplied and installed bifold doors, sliding doors and a single door over the last seven months.  Their work is of a high standard and they attended to a problem with the single door promptly.

5 Star provided a professional service from beginning to end! The salesman was a perfect gent who took us through several proposals until we achieved exactly what we wanted. The product is absolutely wonderful and the installation team just amazing! The finished brickwork looks original and the swept up every evening and vacuumed the room before handover. I recommend them to anyone - well done team!
